Building Rapport - Introductory Session
Establish chemistry and “fit”

Foundation Session
Discuss your personal goals
Development working agreements and sign off on confidentiality agreement.
Issue skills assessment and/or 360 assessment.
If needed, align goals with line manager.

Coaching Sessions
6-12 sessions recommended
Working sessions every 2-3 weeks
Establish session goals
Check in and follow up via phone and text in between working sessions

Work Periods
Implement new strategies
Record actions, thoughts, outcomes

Evaluations and Close
360 benchmark assessment, evaluation of skills and final summary report
